Biography...

Finding true happiness with that someone special… the handsome prince searching for the owner of the glass slipper kind of stuff that makes you smile and sigh with satisfaction when all the dragons are slain and the happy couple rides off into the sunset. I’m talking passion, love and seduction! That’s what I’m all about… writing romance.

I didn't start out choosing to write. Nope, this profession found me. Or perhaps it was more I've finally let the inner author—out. Because other than a high school English teacher who felt my journal entries held promise, being an author wasn’t even on my radar screen. Enter fate. When the door of my teaching career closed, the winds of change blew through the window, carrying the promise of passion and seduction. Fingers met keyboard and writing soon became my addiction.

Because romance is what I like to read, it’s what also inspires me to write. And I’m all about the happy ending… maybe not for everyone, but at least my hero and heroine. How I weave the love story depends on what kind of journey my characters choose to take.

Lies, mistrust, and a little love... that's what I offer with my romantic suspense novels. I hope to keep the reader on the edge of their seats, wondering whether the good guys can prevail against criminals intent on raising havoc and leaving a body or two in their wake.

My sweet romance titles are just that... a slice of life that leaves you sighing and finding that special someone to remember why you fell in love.

My own life is the fodder for my stories. I grew up on the beautiful coast of Maine and now reside in its northern most region surrounded by rolling hills of farmland and acres of forest.

I married my high school sweetheart. We have argued, supported, and loved each other through births, deaths, and chronic illness. We have three children who, not because of me, but despite me, have grown into wonderful young adults. And I have shared it all with this amazing man.
